Just Turned 20, Slacking A Little...
Just turned 20, bb for almost 5 years, slacking here, stopped doing power cleans and power movements lol. Still love my squats just started doing them again after a 6 week hiatus of just leg presses. Hurt my ankle on the first day lol. Here' s my stats:5'10, 218-220, 14% bf or so, 28 and half inch legs, 18 and half inch arms, small chest LOL, still many weakpoints, traps area little smaller than they used to be, actually my best conditon was at 18, very proportionate then, upper body was bigger, o well, back to work lol...
Love to hear what you guys think, love the forums, ladies your welcome to critique as well

doesn't sound like that can be answered through yes or no =P

it all depends on what you want to look like. if you want to be more defined then cut- you will lose some muscle doing this. if you want bigger muscles then bulk. i think you look good (you arent fat), so i would bulk for awhile and then cut. but im not sure what you want to look like. anyways, looking good.

To answer your question, I want to get as cut as that Klaus Riis guy in the bodybuilding.com wallpapper, but just a little more muscular, he's kind of skinny lol.

Well good genetics for one, but I worked my tail off to, starting around 17 I believe, I used to heavy squat pyramid 3 times a WEEK! Tuesday, Thursday, then on my own Saturday, rest of the days were done for football. Serious overtraining but I got bigger for a while lol. At first I just did squat programs an and power cleans, then later on, much later on did leg press, extension, hamstrings.

I'd bulk to 240, then cut slowly to about 220-225.
You look great!
