Postural Sticky possibly???
Ok ive PM'ed some people about this but im going to post it anyways....
This is what ive been PMing people:
Hey there, sorry to bother you if i am, but im looking to recruit a good amount of people from the E forum to help, TheCore, Braindx and Me (KopyKat) to complete an exclusive postural overhaul only article and/or sticky (hopefully) for proper posture during the gym and daily life for everyone.
I hope to include the following:
1. Daily posture habits
2. Posture during every lift and how to manipulate it to your advantage for your goals
3. Postural stretching depending on your needs and/or issues
4. Postural correction via stretching and movements to improve your lifts and lifting lifestyle
5. Injury correction/prevention
If you want to be a part of this, let me know, im really just looking for opinions and or corrections with our writings.
