i wouldnt say counting calories it'd be about like this.... 1/2 cup cottage cheese morning.... after 2 hours another 1/2 cup.... then after 2 hours a protien bar.... then i'd have a salad with some canned chicken 2 horus later... t.... then i'd get off of work at 5 eat 1/2 cup of rice and wait about 45 mins then lift for about 2-3 hours... then go to cub and get some chicken for dinner.... get home... drink a muscle milk while chicken is cooking then eat chicken.... i got mixed answers on when to take the HaloD so first half of cycle i was taking it b4 bed and last half was b4 lifting.... so idk what that rly did to me... oh i lifted every other day t- chest-shoulders TH- Back-Biceps Sat- low rep abs and legs.... would only do cardio about 1 day a week though i really was slacking on it
