Mag 10 Workout

OK I just started my MAG 10 yesterday. I know to eat alot. I will consume 4100 calories. I know I am suposed to train my ass off. Well My question is Can I now lift past the say 1 hour and 15 minutes recomended? Am I suposed to just hit it harder while in that time limit or keep going. Ty SCRAm

Did you read the articles on t mag that give example workouts for mag 10 including diet and off cycle training?

I did go there but I only looked at nutrition info. I didnt really think of the after 1 hour 15 aspect till I Looked at the clock today at the gym and saw I was already at 1hour 30. then this question hit me. I will go there and try and get everything I need to know all figured out. Ty for pointing back in the rite direction. SCRAM

hmm i was reading over the programme on their site and it looks like you would finish it in an hour or so anyway. depends how fast u work out, but it should be intense...
