Hey guys just ordered my first cycle of XF and Im gonna try 3 caps a day but when it the best time I should take them??? Thanks for the help....and yes I tried using the search button but it wouldn't load the page.

mmm I would go with 4. At 750mg a day you're not going to start seeing effects til later than usual. Probably around day 30. You might as well just make it a 50 day cycle, with 1000mg a day and start seeing effects anywhere from Day 15-25.
Most people usually spread it throughout the day.
1 in the morning
2 pre-workout
1 in the afternoon
Or whichever would tailor to your workout schedule, but you see what I mean right?
What is your diet going to look like on this? And any other supplements being used?

Koo man Ill go with 4 a day...And I can take the morning one with whey right?? also the pre-workout how long should I take it before I workout? And can I take the 1 in the afternoon at dinner time? Thanks for your help..repped

There aren't any absorption issues with Arachidonic Acid last time I remembered. Most take it 30-60 minutes before lifting. If you lift in the afternoon, I would take one a couple hours after. X-Factor can cause insomnia for those who take dose at night, so watch out for that. Don't get discouraged if you don't notice any results. I didn't notice anything til my 2nd bottle. But once I hit that 2nd bottle, IT WAS ON.
