lmao im so embarrassed haha
i remember i used to laugh at all the comments about the smith machine and was thinking...hm i wonder what it looks like...
i jus realised now that its what ive been using for bench press and squats ever since i joined the gym...no wonder my right pec and arm and shoulder is like x2 the size...im jus glad im not very dedicated when it comes to bodybuilding else i'd look like a complete freak right about now...
so yeh its weird tho cuz i only found out how bad it was today, but the last couple of times i went to the gym there was a guy and we spotted for each other, he was sayin how he was injured on the thing and it can unbalance muscle growth etc...
so yeh from now on im jus gonna ask someone to spot for me while i do a proper bench press
so anyway please comment on this new workout hingy cuz this is the only time i post here, when im trying to work out a new work out
Crunches - 1 set x60 reps between each excersise
Leg pull-ins - 1 set x?? reps between each excersise
Deadlifts - ??sets x?? reps
Dips (triceps) - ??sets x??reps
Dips (lower chest) - ??sets x??reps
Bench Press - 3 sets x10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps
Calve raises - til im in agony (lol)
Upright barbell row - ??sets x??reps
Pull up (lats) - 3 sets x10 reps (or til i cant do no more)
Leg press - again, til im in agony
Shoulder Press - 3 sets x12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps
yeh so how would that workout be? Sorry bout the lack of details when it comes to sets, reps but i really have to try it out in the gym before i can work those out...due to time constraints, tirednes etc...
comments welcome
