Hey you ... so good to see you hear!!! As for the music, I have yet to purchase an ipod - been putting it off but it is on my to do list for Sept. I am lucky though because my gym plays really good music ... but if I did have one I would be downloading the new Justin Timberlake song "Sexy Back"!! And the new Madonna album too! The scary thng is that I am not really into dance or rap music normally but those two have great beats and make me want to workout. Go figure eh!! lol

I'm a bit old school, but I love Robert Palmer (Simply Irresistable, Addicted to love), Van Halen, the Knack (My Sharona), the Clash, and my play list also includes Hurts so good, Hungry like the Wolf, lot of the Who, and some Blondie. That's all I can think of right now.

I like your taste in music, but I think I must add to that. Velvet Revolver, Seether, Weezer, Papa Roach, The Ramones, Dark New Day, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Motley Crue, Cream, ZZ Top, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, Jimi Hendrix, Boston, CCR, Pink Floyd, Bad Company, Tool, Chevelle. I think that's enough for now.

ROFL - I like all that you've listed but what really gets me going... KORN, Rob Zombie, White Zombie, Powerman 5000, Buck Cherry, etc... If it's fast and hard... it's on my MP3!

THE STROKES!....some of my favorite strokes songs are: Soma, Reptillia, 12:51, The Modern Age, Barely Legal, Alone Together and Hard To Explain. They all have really good beats...they're mellow yet fast-paced..it's hard to explain, but trust me they rock for workingout.
I also like to listen to "Cant touch this" by run dmc...and "Baby got back" lol.
And the offspring works for me too!

definitely don't forget them...the more metal, the merrier. well, at least the more headbanging and agression which is always useful in the gym.

Beastie Boys!
"Body Movin'" is the greatest leg day song ever! (Lemme get some action from the back section...)
I also listen to 311, Muse, Basement Jaxx, Daft Punk & Filter while lifting.
