ive never heard of loading creatine before a show.
you would be holding way to much water, wouldn't you.

ive heard you cut creatine out totally about 4-6 weeks out.

if any one knows anything different about this subject then speak up please.

To properly load creatine for a contest, you would discontinue creatine use 3-8 weeks out from the contest, then 3-5 days out you would load up again right up to the day of the show. If you carb deplete and load properly as well as having a proper water and sodium balance, the creatine will not cause you to hold water. You should use a very pure form of creatine with no added carbs.

The creatine I use can take me up to 1 week before a show with no water retention. It is very low in carbs and only 5 gr of dextrose per scoop, not 75 like most mixes out there.

I won both of my shows last year on the stuff.
