Hey guys, I am trying to cut down my body fat percentage from 10% to around 6%. For me, this 4% difference is about 4-6 lbs. Right now, I don't eat any junk food, or drink soda. What can I do to lose just a few pounds of fat? Also, I sometimes workout before I sleep, I think this way I can burn soem calories before sleep so it doesnt store as fat.... does this work?

If a 4% bodyfat loss is 4-6 lbs, then you only weigh about 100 lbs...is this correct? If so, you dont need to lose weight, you need to gain muscle.
Gyno = gynecomastia. Sometimes called "Bitch Tits." It is the appearance of breast tissue in males. Can be caused by high estrogen levels from AAS use, or just puberty.Last edited by zackdarnell; 01-15-2003 at 06:52 PM.

Didnt anybody notice what he just said, he said he works out before sleep, which is like the worst **** u can do bro, U work out then u eat like what 1-2 meals ( correct me if im wrong) and then u go to sleep for 8 hours or more Which starves ur muscles for that long, which is bad, ur messing up ur muscle gains bro, Do it early morning or Afternoon, best time to looks weight is right when u wake up run, ur body has no food in its stomach, then ur body turn to its fat storage for energy.
