My Supplement Schedule

Hi everybody! First off let me say that I love this board. There is so much information and there are so many helpful people on here. I've been following the threads on amino acids and I admit, I'm confused and overwhelmed. I've posted my supplement schedule that I have come up with below. I'm asking for advice on what I have come up with so far. If anyone has any suggestions or anything at all, please let me know. Also, I have some pics too. My goals are not to become a natural bodybuilder, but to get into modeling and acting. I have been getting some looks from different people, but I'm hoping to get as lean as possible so if something does come along then I'll be ready no matter what. Please, be gentle on my pics...I'm no Derek, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished. Like I said I'm going for a "hollywood friendly" lean, athletic look. Thanks for all suggestions in advance.


SUPPLEMENT SCHEDULE:

WAKING UP
Essential Amino Acids (6g mixed with 8 ounces of Crystal Light)
ALCAR (1g mixed with 8 ounces of Crystal Light)
L-Leucine (5 g mixed with 8 ounces of Crystal Light)
Taurine (2.5g mixed with 8 ounces of Crystal Light)
Glutamine Peptides (5g in capsules)
Rhaponticum Carthamoides (750mg)
Rhodiola Rosea (250mg)
Siberian Ginseng (500mg)

30 MINUTES PRE WORKOUT

IMMEDIATELY POST WORKOUT
Essential Amino Acids (6g mixed with 8 ounces of Crystal Light)

Glutamine Peptides (5g in capsules)

30 MINUTES POST WORKOUT
Whey Protein Isolate (40 grams mixed with 12 ounces of water)
Waxy Maize Starch (60 grams mixed with 12 ounces of water)

30 MINUTES BEFORE BEDTIME
Rhaponticum Carthamoides (750mg)
Rhodiola Rosea (250mg)

BEDTIME
Glutamine Peptides (5g in capsules)
Branched Chain Amino Acids (10g mixed with 8 ounces of water)
Milk Protein Isolate (40 grams mixed with 8 ounces of water)
Taurine (2.5g mixed with 8 ounces of water)

Thanks guys. Do you think that I should opt for a drink with high GI carbs to mix my pre/during/post workout drinks with such as Gatorade or something like that or just stay with Crystal Light?
