hey guys will i get good results for doing this for 4 months...or should i do more than 100 a day? i am going to USCB and was wondering if i do this on my spare time..like do 100 pushups and 100 site ups on my spare time..will i get nicer abs and bigger chest within 4 months?

well if you go from doing nothing to that , i bet you will notice some results but nothing compard to what you would get from lifting real weight and going to the gym
also pushups like that with out anything for your rear delts is a bad ideamy blogs

do pushups with a heavy backpack (30+lbs or so) on your back for as many as you can would be much better than pushing out 100 reps without any additional resistance. i suppose you could try the same with crunches, but with the backpack on your chest instead. ass-to-grass squats and sprinting with weights would certainly be better than nothing as well.*********DISCOUNT CODES********* save money and support bodybuilding.com!

You will get results. Move to 1-arm pushups when you can. When doing situps you can gradually start adding weight (hold something behind your head).
There are others you can do as well... pullups, squats, squat thrusts, burpees, dips.
The benefit of adding a taxing leg workout is huge imo.
Twice a week i'll do something like:
250 pushups
250 situps
250 shrugs (30kg) or 100 with (70kg)
50 leg raises
50 dips
50 pullupsI got mega-negged for saying something derogatory about Metallica. lol.
