My Brother, Age 16

This is my brother. I've been training him for about 2 years now. He just turned 16 years old. He's worked very hard and has made a lot of progress:

2. I agree that he needs to add some thickness to his chest, that will come with age though. Still overall he has decent semytry (never could spell that word).

3. In the updated photo's there arent any leg shots, being the good brother you are Im sure he's under the squat rack from time to time?

4. It appears he has some very nice deltoid development, the traps set them off, my guess is thats a family trait? Wide shoulders with good seperation and a thin waist really will set off his lack of mass in his chest.

Also, you guided/instructed him very well, so good job on your part for being a motivational brother and a "coach". Do you oversee his diet/nutrition, or does he eat whatever you eat...etc? What kind of diet is he on?

Thanks a lot. I showed him this thread and he was happy with all the compliments.

As for nutrition, yes I write his diet, but by now he is able to make adjustments on his own. His diet right now consists of 3600 calories a day with 360g carb 360g protein and 80g fat spread out over 6 meals.

Awesome job, Keith! I tried to get my brother to workout, but we lived in different cities by the time I really got going with it. Keep on encouraging your brother. He'll be as big as you are in no time. Just think, you guys could be like the "Feldman Brothers". Or like my friends Willy and Nick. Yes, they're twins.
