not bad, not bad
Im not too fond of all the "3x12" though.....especially for deads.....deads are just not a high rep thing....you are generally better off on deads doing 5 reps or less...so maybe on deads you can do 4 or 5 sets of 5....a decent way to get going and keep good form is to start off fairly light and then just add weight every set.....that way you sort of figure out how much weight you can do for 5 reps....then when you want more of a challenge you do more sets at your top weight and less of the lighter sets
also, I wouldnt do 3x12 on BOTH days for other moves......maybe 3x10-12 on one day.....then maybe 4x6-8 on the other day (except for deads which I already discussed).....that would be a decent setup
and....maybe just a point of preference for me.....id switch out the upright rows and put in Press behind neck or db shoulder press or some sort of overhead jerk or something

looks pretty good man. I would do the squatting and deadlifting first though, simply because it is activiating a significant amount of muscle to begin with

Second romeys post, squats and deads should always be done first. They give you the best gains, so you should hit them when you have all your energy. I would drop the isolation sets to about 1-2 sets myself. Id definitly add some core work. Also, Id change the set/rep scheme each week.

Core as in abdomen and lower back. Just tacking "Abs" to the end of the session makes it seem as though you're going to maybe do a few crunches if you feel like it. Having a weak core will adversely affect your squat and deadlift poundage.

You should probably include some weighted core work as well. Try to add some weighted situps, russian twists, hyperextensions, goodmornings, and things like that.

I 2nd that, try adding a stiff legged deads for 3x10 w/ a medium weight to really concentrate on the squeeze.
As for squats, try doing sets of 7.
