How's this for 5 months of bodybuilding?, Pics, 16 yrs old

Well I've only been bodybuilding for about 5 months and I just wanted to show you guys how much progress I made. Is this good enough progress, bad, or okay. Anything I need to work on? Thanks

The pictures are so dark you really can't see if there is any progress. Wait about adding some stats. From what I can see you seem kind of slender.

Sorry the pics are so dark. Back then I have to use my computer camera to take pics, but in the last two pics I got a camera phone so it's alot better. And i haven't updated my stats in awhile.

Are u crazy u can't see no progress, dude yeah they are small pics, but you can surely see those pics. Anyway thread starter some fantastic progress, nice traps and delts, your chest seemed to be in good in the first place. You have some good genetics too, keep it up!

Well maybe considering your 5'4 and are an ecto, gaining mass and keeping fat down must be easy for you. No wonder why you packed on mass quicker and kept that fat down.

For my diet i eat alota rice, meat, and fish. That's where i get all my protein from. It's not that strict of a diet. As for my routine I the do the 5x5. The only supplements I'm taking are multivitamin and creatine.

I agree, I need to do some bulking, but it's very hard for me to do. I can cut easily but bulking is hard. My metabolism is pretty fast.

fast metabolism isnt a bad thing....u dont want to put any fat on. if ur getting 150-200g protein aday at your weight...along with high calories and carbs, and your training is good...your muscles will have no other choice but to grow. and if u can get them to grow without putting on fat...thats even better. the point of bulking isnt to add fat.its to gain as much muscle as possible...the fat just comes with it because of such high calorie intake.

Bodybuilding wise you still have ways to go

But you have progressed, quite a lot
and you look REAL FIT and good

Rest is gonna come with time

Overall id say, thats pretty good for a couple months with not so good genetics(From what i see)

Wish i had gained that much my first months

How much do you weigh now, is it 110 in that last pic? In all honesty id say your almost 100% ecto, which isnt a bad thing. You just have to be dedicated to bulking, and it will come with time. How much weight did you gain in those 5 months?

I don't have a scale at my house so i can't check regularly. But I'm pretty sure i haven't gain so much weight. I just don't know why though. I been taking in alot of protein, calories, carbs, and no big difference in my weight.
