The latest I've heard is that 5g of creatine mono is plenty as a maintenance dose
So why does Sci-fit recommend 2 750mg caps 1-2 times per day?
If kre-alkalyn is 10X as effective monohydrate should one 750 mg cap be enough? Keep in mind, I am far from being considered "massive".
I know Kre Alkalyn isn't expensive but the thought of doubling the time is will last is intriguing...
Id take 1 cap, 2 X a day, there isnt much creatine in a capsule of Kre-alkalyn, maybe 400-500mg, and the rest is soda ash / baking soda.
FYI, you can make your own Kre-Alkalyn at home by mixing 1g of creatine monohydrate with 1g of baking soda. Thats all it is, if any one says its some special molecularly bonded creatine / buffer....they lied.
