o well my parents are from pakistan, i was born and brought up in HongKong, but now i live in UK...
Yeah i have been training for the last 5 years....
went from 80kg to 106kg in weight
from 44 inch chest to 49 inch chest
from 14 inch arms to 17.5 inch arms
did some little improvements over the years

3 months ago i had an accident got hit by a speeding car and as a result of the crash i damaged 2 cars the car that hit me and the car that i landed on,
but thanx go that masha-allah that i survive fatal injuries, BUT i did broke my right knee cap into three pieces..
o well i am recovering slowly but surely.
Nevertheless, i have started hitting my upperbody training again for the last 3 weeks, and this is my recent photo...
its been a very hard time with medication, injections, operation and the lots...all the lot ****ed up my system a lot..
