Sustanon & Nolvadex Quetion

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could lend any advice?

I am on my 1st cycle, currently had 2 shots of Sust250 5 days apart, and
1 double shot (2ml Sust250 (i.e. 500), my next jab is due tomorrow.

I will have three or four more 2ml jabs (5 days apart) then one or two
1ml jabs (5 days apart).

After the cycle is done I plan to have three weeks off and a Nolvadex PCT
course of 1 week 40mg, 2 more weeks on 20mg and a final week of 10mg / day.

Problem is right now (be it in my head or not) I may be experiencing the first itch
where we really don't want it, the nipple area! - I have the Nolvadex to take
during my cycle as well as a PCT course but the question I have is how much
should I take now? do I have 3 weeks off without anything after the end of the
cycle? and what should follow as a PCT course if I take Nolvadex during this cycle?

I have been told two things so far 1) 10mg of Nolv a day for the duration of the
course and 2) 20mg a day for the duration of the course - both still followed by
2 weeks off then a PCT course 3 weeks later.

Kinda sounds like a lot of Nolvadex to me - any advice anyone?

Most will say to start nolva until the symptoms subside. A dose of 20mg/ed until they are not itchy any more. Keep in mind nolva is believed to impead the gains you will get. It all depends on how concerned you are about your nips getting a little swolen. With the amount your taking I wouldn't worry too much about it. Your pct will continue as planned. I don't know the metric conversion chart, although I am assuming you are around 200lbs, because that is were a 6'2" person should be before starting a cycle.

Hold it so you're running your cycle with 500mg/wk one week and then a G a week the next?

Week 1 - 1ml twice a week
week 2 - 2ml twice a week

Am i reading that right? If so just do 2 mls a week for 8 more weeks and be done with it.

As for the itchy nips, run some nolva at 20mg/ed until you feel they are back to normal and then cut the dose to 10mg/ed or eod if you can. Run PCT normal even if you take nolva for the duration of the cycle.

Cycle looks like this;

Start cycle - 1ml

" " " - 2ml - (that's tomorrow)
Four more 2ml shots, 5 days apart
Two more 1ml shots, 5 days apart

Think I'm gonna take tomorrows shot and see how I
feel over the week, if the itch kicks in worse then I'll
start on Nolvadex at 20mg a day till end of cycle.

got lots in my head and don't find it easy to type some-

In that case you need to get more gear and pick up an AI while you're at it. You need to run at least 10 weeks of sust if not more.

I have enough to make the cycle 10/12 weeks with 500mg every 5 days so
that's no problem. Just hope the itchy nips bog off....

Not sure what you mean by 'AI' ?

hi guys im just about to start my next course of sustanon and i will be having 4ml a week over 3 shots for 7 weeks ive been told i need to take nolvadex with this course is this true and if so does nolvadex affect my gains on the course any feedback would be great thanks

As it was said before u should take sustanon eod,although the way u wright it down is so hard to understand what is ur cycle looks like.. Wrighting down the weeks first then the compound and then the mg's ur going to take every week..Nobody cares about the ml's...

Ex.

weeks 1-10 Sustanon 125mg/eod
Weeks 1-10 Arimidex 0.25mg/eod

Ur making the things more complicate and the only thing ur going to take out of this cycle is the side effects of sus.. U choose the wrong compound for the way ur running ur cycle..

The OP if I am breaking what he wrote down right was doing a pyramid. 250mg first 2 injections, 500mg the next 6 injections, then 250mg for the last 2 injections. No clue why, but that is an old post.

Now on to Matt, you say 4ml a week, what is the strength of the SuS per ml? If it is the standard 250mg/ml then you are looking at 1g of Test. At a gram I would say you wouldn't want Nolva but a true AI. Will an AI effect your gains, yes and no. It will effect the amount of weight you put on, since it will keep you water retention at a minimum; but will you body still be getting all the raw hormone yes.

this guy must have searched it and reopened the thread

i dont recommend taking the nolva unless estrogenic sides appear, if they do take one pill a day till they go away, as the nolva is estrogen receptor blocker it will shut down all estrogen and inhibit gains
