ive been doing the same routine of mon-chest, tue-back, wed-legs, thurs-arms, and fri-shoulders and traps. ive been doing this for 2 months now. i need to find articles with good routines. because i need to change my routines. im a noobie yes. i want a good 3 day routine with abs on rest days. can you guys help me find good routines to get bigger muscles and more strength.
