Hey all, everyone seems to be saying i should try a push/pull/legs workout...does anyone have a sample that i might be able to look at?
Also...does anyone know a way to do deads in a smith rack?

You can do rack-pulls off the smith-machine but i wouldnt try full on deadlifts with the smith rack due to the limited fix range of motion. Just set the stops a inch below your knees.

push/pull/legs is pretty basic
chest/delts/tris
back/traps/biceps
legs
thats what I have been doing for a few months now.....first I did it 6 days per week.....then I did it "2 on, 1 off"
so basically you dont even have a bench press bench in the gym?
maybe itd be easier if you tell us what you DO have"Humility comes before honor"
