Hey guys, just wondering if this was a reasonable thing to do? Reason im asking is i can't gain weight.

Is it physically possible to have 15.5 inch arms and only weigh 160pd?

i heard that for evry 20lbs of muscle u gain 1inch on ur arms. Dont know how accurate it is but it gives u some idea

I am only about 5'9, i have about 14.5in arms now, about 15pumped. I am weighing in right now at 155pd. I am looking to get to 16in pumped at 170pd,which is big for 5'9.
Also, i have been training seriosly for about 1.5months, how long till you get out of newb gains? Like how many months till newb gains wear off?

its 10pounds = 1 Inch.... I just went from 140 to 150 and added an inch to my arms (went from 12 inches to 13)

yeah .. its possible .. easily(spelling?) .. right now in 155-160 range .. and i have 15in arms .. couldnt see how .5 on that could be impossible

Yeah it's possible I'm 5'6" 135lbs with 13.5in arms unpumped. It's probably around 10lbs of muscle=1in. Plus David and C-money are both around 180-190lbs with 18in arms.
Stats:
Height 5'6"
Weight 135lbs at around 14%bf
13.5in arms
BP 145
Squat 200
DL Trap bar 135 for 3x10
Working out for a year
Goals by June 2007
160lbs with below 10%bf
BP 200+
Squat 300+

when i was 160lbs i had 15 inch arms, now theyre closer to 16" pumped as i near 170lbs, chek the pix

how can you only do 45's 6 times in each arm if you do 150 on a bar 6 times?
thats like 75 in each arm 6 times, i can do 45's 8 times in each arm and 100x6 on a bar so wtf?RAW powerlifter
