You can, but whether or not your gains will be better because of this the answer will generally be no. Other areas of your training will likely suffer if you do, so you are better of doing them once or twice a week and making them really high quality sessions, as apposed to doing them 3 or 4 times a week and not being able to work as hard on your strength training etc.
