    not so great simply because allt he water is dried out of htem leaving nothing but sugars - but if u need some carbs in a meal, they can be very delicious w/ oats

    sultanas are probably an ok snack (if u want fruits, fresh ones are best of course)

    of course not the best ones out there but pretty convenient and accessible.

    as long as it fits in your macros then i say eat up!
