Preparation-H + Sauna? yes?

I've been drinking milk my entire life with little or no noticable side-effects, but recently i realized that i tend to carry excess water in my face (jaw line) and lower abs when i drink too much of it. since i'm just beginning a six week bulk, i'm drinking LOTS of milk. so i'm in search of a way to keep the excess water out of my skin (specifically my face and jaw-line)...

i've heard that 20 minutes in a sauna will do the trick... and i've heard of people having GREAT results using, believe it or not, preparation H on their faces. lol.

So what would be the best way to expell the h2o? would it be safe to jump in the sauna for a few minutes after my morning workout? Can i do it on a daily basis? and can someone recommend a preparation-h facial regimen? or is there some way to combine the techniques? thanks!

oh yeah, would supplementing with potassium help at all?

Never heard of the prep h thing... lol

It would be fine if you went in after a workout for a few minutes - its actually good for you. BUT, it could be bad if your severely dehydrated or have any medical problems.

ps - I think a steam room would be better than a sauna. Persoanlly, I REALLY sweat in a steam room, but just feel really warm in a sauna.

Could be useful for temp water extraction from that area. You might want to try taking the sauna, and then after you're finished apply the prep-h.

I believe the prep-h only last a few hours at best, so its not something that'd last all day.

That's a trick that competitors use to get the last bit of water out before a competition. Prep H on the face would be very uncomfortable (will burn & be itchy). You'll look good afterwards but the effect won't last long.
