Looking for a bread recipe...

Here are my criteria:
-Whole grain (Don't care what kind)
-Contains protein in significant quantities (such as containing eggs)
-Really quick prep time (Under an hour would be nice)
-Some fat content would be nice, too.
-No added sugar

Can anyone help me out?
