caffeine pills

what is your opinions on caffiene pills. i am not going off xenadrine for about another 6 weeks or so, but after i am done, i want to still have an increase in energy for my workouts. are caffeiene pills effective for that, and can u take them as long as u want?

caffine pills do nothing for me, i guess im just too used to the stuff

For many ppl caffeine pills are very effective. I personally belive that after a while you will get used to it and it wont have an effect. Ever think about using Liver Tabs? The B vitamins in there give you quite a bit of energy.

hmmm, that might work, if u take the caffeine like normal, it will be fine, and if u get used to it, get off of it for a month, and start again

yes, people have various sensitivities to caffeine, and various tolerances.

however, once you develop a tolerance to something, it won't have an effect. so if you use it only on workout days it might work. if you think you're not tolerant to xenadrine, it's probably because you feel tired and out of it when you haven't taken it... that's just withdrawl. once you have tolerance your energy level is the same as it was before you took the drug.
