How much do mma and UFC fighters actually get?

Just persume its a normal ufc fight, how much on average would a fighter get per fight? I'm thinking only $50k to $100k...

    how about heavy weights?

    man...in boxing they get millions

they should get way more in the ufc

dana white has **** loads of money to himself

I've heard some of the lesser fighters have made $6k for a fight and then an additional $6k for the win.

But this is ONLY what I heard....don't take it as fact.

I can't remember what Chuck made his last fight...but I eleive it was over 6 figures.
"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard"

    Psalms 144:1
Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.

    []---[] Equipment Crew #27 []---[]

Bench 315 lbs for 5 (never got around to maxing out at that time)
    Deadlifts - 425 lbs for a single
    Squats - 405 lbs for a single

If you end up banned, you have no one to blame but yourself.

i agree, but in this business its about who draws the buyrates, tito always main events, or will fight second to last (or even third to last at UFC 61). the fighters also get bonuses for having the best fight/KO/submission, imo forrest/tito was the best fight at UFC 59, maybe tito got best KO at UFC 61 vs ken and got a bit extra

I guarantee more people bought that PPV to see Tito's fight than the title fight...that's how it goes.

Heh, no mma won't get you rich, boxing will.

See we're seeing how bad dana is screwing these fighters. Even low level pro boxers make 40-50k a fight, and the higher level pros make millions. So the UFC rakes up millions upon millions for a fight nite, and the fighters get paychecks of 10k...

Thats just not right. Especially when dana has 2 supplement brands also, fizogen and xyience.
"The machine isn't that strong, much less so than a muscular man. Even women should be able to beat it," said Atlus spokeswoman Ayano Sakiyama, calling the recall of the arm spirit arcade machine "a precaution."

tito is a bigger draw... bigger draw equals bigger money.. why do you even think Tito is still in the UFC??..

they had to bring him back because he provided so much income for the UFC... he's the highest paid fighter still...

    insane

the business people make all the money while the fighters are left with basically nothing
UFC was running an 8 figure debt over the first 4 years. They've gotta make some of that money back before they can really start racking up the prices they pay fighters.

You're not counting pre-fight training time.

Not in the UFC, 2000/2000 is the minimum they pay their fighters. Other organisations the money's a lot less, 500/500 is common, orgs like RITC sometimes give 30 a fight, no win bonus, and Hermes Franca made $1 for his fight against Manny Reyes.

Thats just not right. Especially when dana has 2 supplement brands also, fizogen and xyience.
Well to be fair, Fizogen and Xyience both sponsor loads of UFC fighters.

where did all those figures come from?

and on TUF, when Dana says they get a 6-fig. contract, what does that really mean? like, are they guarenteed 100k/year or what?
Fake "the move" and do "the dominator" - I'll miss HS wrestling... looking forward to Gator club wrestling though
