Weighted dips rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im 231 lbs and I can dip {deep dips}45 lbs 2-3x and holy crap I love these bastards my arms have blown up like crazy heres a old vid of me dipping with a 25 lb plate,Since this video Ive actually lost a lof of fat and stuff
look closey at my front I go back up very high and go down deep , but because of the camera shot it doesnt show that great

just be careful, when i was weighting 195, i had a max of BW+125 and did 2 plates for 4 reps.....but i ****ed up my shoulder on em

Dude, to me, you weren't going deep at all?? Your range of motion was only like 10".......I wouldn't call that video perfect form by any means....

yea, at the time i was powerlifting, and my main focus was on bench (tricep) strength. Im now concentrating on my back/squat more and can do pullups with 2 plates (3 reps) with being able to do 115lbs almost once (just need to lock it out!!)Originally Posted by dodgersfan80
