i ran a 3.41, i think my time in the 40 wouldve been pretty good but they only measured the 20...

a 3.41 in the 20 is horrible, especially for someone of your body type, based on your stats.
maybe you mean the 30 yd dash, in which case a 3.41 is actually really fast.
if you're really slow, then what you ran was probably a 20 yard dash.
if you're generally regarded as very fast, then the 3.41 is probably your 30 time.
if you arent that fast but not super slow, then you ran a 30 but the timing was off.
