whats a good 20 yard dash time?

I ran a 2.8ish 20 yd dash last time I had mine timed. Id say anything below 2.6 is really good.

a near 3.5 20 yard dash means you would have a 5.9 ish 40 yard dash which isn't that good....

a 3.41 in the 20 is horrible, especially for someone of your body type, based on your stats.

maybe you mean the 30 yd dash, in which case a 3.41 is actually really fast.

if you're really slow, then what you ran was probably a 20 yard dash.

if you're generally regarded as very fast, then the 3.41 is probably your 30 time.

if you arent that fast but not super slow, then you ran a 30 but the timing was off.

A 3.41 in the 20 is not good. I run a 2.61 twenty yard split FAT. My 40 is 4.46 FAT. Given the formula, they take into account that you have not achieved max velocity. But, a conversion is just a conversion. Just run the 40 to get your exact times.

i agree with most of the posts on here. If that was actually your 20 then that is very slow. If it was your 30- then thats good
