For anyone who has completed this program, how long (in weeks) did it take you for you to hit plateaus and have to reset the whole program?

Farwell, my friends. I'll be back some day. Just need to get my head screwed on straight.

I'm on Waterbury's Summer Project, I was trying out for a MMA coach and had to drop weight, so i have no clue if my lifts are what they used to be. i'm hoping to actually go for single rep max on a few lifts this time. my previous best record at 118lbs was:
130 lbs bench for 3 reps (worst lift)
220 lbs squat for 7 reps
245 lbs deadlift for 10 reps
90 lbs military for 11 reps (really sucks)
120 lbs clean and press for 3 reps
115 push press for 4 reps.
I'm now 130 lbs and have no idea where my lifts are at, dad says they should be higher but i don't know, been through a bit of weight change, up 20lbs down 10lbs. I should know by December hopefully when i start up either bill stars or something like it.
