I do both squats and lounges.... and I am getting afraid now that I wil lgrow a unpleasurable large rear..... lol
I think girls think its gross and personally I dont want a big ass that sticks out.
Im assuming these 2 excerecises work ur butt.. but I CANT TAKE OUT squats because they are too good so I was thinking takeing out lounges but that would be 3 less sets I do for legs.........
any suggestions on what to do??? I think louges work ur ham's too

if your working your ham strings as well as your glutes yes your ass will get bigger,but the trick is to make your ass proportionate to your hams. so it will appear that your ass isnt that big. also big quads help.
