    question bout knee braces

    after my meniscus heals up and i get back on da field.(playin o-line) should i get a knee brace for insurance. u kno like beta safe dan sorry and what kind should i get?

    i play o-line as well and i would reccomend a brace on both knees. you never know....i wear em jus for insurance cause i damn sure dont wanna miss a game or practice

    yeah, one knee is fine. look for one with metal hinges.. for sure.

    if it was a really bad tear then i would highly reccommend getting something metal depending on position. if it was just a minor tear/injury then all you would really need is one of the rubber/elastic ones.
