when bulking should I....??

I am currently thinking about bulking but i dont want to gain that much fat. Obviously when bulking you are going to gain some fat (but i want to keep in to a minimal) So therefor should I do cardio after I lift?

Just do a lean bulk. Adjust for your goals. You should always be doing cardio after you lift. Not only will it cut you up...but it will help you heal quicker because it rids of the lactic acid that builds up in the muscles.

Really? If that's true, I'm going to start having a run after I work-out. Thanks, mate.

as long as you can get the extra calories then do some low intensity moderate cardio 1 - 2 times a week.

I run for 5min. before my workout to warm up but when i'm bulking I don't run after my workout because I just stretch really good. If you're bulking you should just run before your workout to warm up, stretch well afterwords, and maybe jog after or in the mornings 1-2 times additionally in the week. I guess if you are getting enough calories though running after a workout wouldn't hurt. If you lean bulk you won't have to work about gaining much fat though.

"Not only will it cut you up..."

what do you mean cut you up? if you mean it will make you toned when your bulking you are full of ****. thats the most bogus thing ive ever heard. the only way to get "cut up" is to lower of bf% by decreasing your calories. bulking requires a calories surplus....doing cardio doesnt magically get rid of fat and still allow you to bulk. it may help keeping fat off but it will not cut you up

the goal of a bulk is to be in a calorie surplus i.e eat more than you expend. doing cardio while on a bulk will make you expend more calories and therefore if you were trying to gain weight you'd just have to eat even more to make up for the calories burned during the cardio sessions. save your cardio for your cutting cycle.

yup dks right its pointless doing cardio during bulk unless ur doing it for cardiovascular health reasons

example
lets say ur maintinence cals is 3000
so your bulking and you eat 3500 calories
but then you burn 200 of those doing cardio

3500 - 200 = 3300
bulk Cardio
now ur gonnna have to make up for those 200 calories which would then :
3300+200 = 3500
so how will that help you keep fat gain to teh minumum? it wont so if u start to gain more fat then you want lower the cals a bit. Theres no way to trim fat off during a bulk. but u can keep fat gain to the minumum
