back from philly!!!
and i won!!!!! i won novic men short, overall novice division and junior mens middle weight!!!! here are some of the pics.... let me know what you guys think... and i will be posting my posing routine someday soon!!!!

Well done bro, its an amazing feeling....i bet you wake up and you just smile, thats what i did almost everyday for 2 weeks after i won my contest, its just pure elation after all that dieting and cardio.....
Congrats man, seriously, i know how awesome it feels and having those trophies is well deserved, good luck at your coming comps, you can try different drying out methods.....different foods to help you dry out, i found that when i was trying to dry out and i was reducing/cutting my water, eating cous cous with no water with the meal dries you out so fast!!!!
Other things ive heard of people using are rice cakes, rice, pasta, potato ( thats a favourite).
