    Whats this exercise called? Arnie vid inside

    To describe it, with the bb between your legs and weight only on one end, it looks like a kind of row but not really. This is probably a REALLY common exercise but i have no idea.

    T bar rows....they make T Bar machines....or you take a close "v" handle off of a low row cable and you put it under a barbell....you put one end of the barbell in a corner and have someone stand on it, lol.....then you put weight on the other end

    Arnold used a lot of body motion on that one...some people do them a little stricter

    they seemed to use a longer range of motion back then....look at his seated cable rows, lol...longgggg range

    There alternatives for one arm dumbbell row. If you don't have dumbbells, I guese you can do those.

    I decided to try this exerice last week. I was quite surprised at how small the ROM felt. I was also surprised how my lats and biceps felt the next day
