    Angry How Do I Get Rid Of Man Boobs?

    I really need help, I cant get rid of the fat in my nipples. Ive tried running, bench pressing and pushups, and none of these have any visible effect.
    Can someone please help me with a suggested workout or diet?

    Im 90kg and 6 feet. What should I be benching? and will running help at all?

    And also, will speeding up my metabolism help? I have a very bad meal time variation and I admit that my bad food intake can be decreased. If increasing metabolism does help can u tell me how to increase it properly?

    It is pre-pubescent gynocemastia.

    There are ways to make it less visible, but it WILL NOT go away unless you have surgery... sorry.

    I am in the same boat. I have put considerable size on my chest and dropped bf% over the last few years and it's less noticeable but it is still there.

    They are fat deposits left over from uneven estrogen levels during puberty that caused minor breast development. Just keep lifting and deal with it, it sucks but there's really nothing you can do about it. Just be patient.
