I love ground beef and was wondering if I grilled it is it as healthy as chickn or fish? If it is it would help me with my diet cause it allows me to eat something i like. Im sick of chicken and fish. Any advice would be greatly apprecited.

To directly answer your question, no, it is not as healthy as chicken of fish. But like BoyScout pointed out, if it fits with your macros you can enjoy it now and then.
