Does it really cause fat loss or is it a waste of money? And which CLA brand is the best? I heard about this tonalin stuff which is patented. Is it better than other cla?

yeah it works at about 3-5g a day. Take the softgels right before meals. I would use it for about 60 days on then 2-3 weeks off as it seems to lose its effects of helping with bodyfat reduction.

A lot of people say it doesn't do much by it self. People stack it with the following:
L-carnitine
Sesamine
green tea
They also use some other supps, that I can't think of at the moment.
