Should i be doing cardio with my workout?
I'm currently doing a four day a week workout, but don't do any cardio apart from playing football (soccer if that's what you call it, i'm english!) once a week. Just wondering should i be doing cardio with my workout? I'm only about 150lbs and want to be about 170lbs, so im lookin for size but mainly strength and toning.
Although i've only been doing my workout for four weeks, is there any specific workouts i should be doing for best gains?
