I was messing around with protein powder and PB, and I discovered this recipe-
1/2 scoop chocolate whey
2 Tsp. Natty PB (Or regular, Im not that anal about 2-3 grams of sugar)
Couple Squirts of Sugar Free Maple Syrup
2-3 Splenda Packets
Basically, just mix the PB and Protein Powder in a bowl. Then squirt the sugarfree syrup, and stir (you only need a little bit), until it turns into a really really thick glob. Then throw in the Splenda, and stir it in.
Then, toast 1 slice WW or Ezekiel Bread, and Spread it on... SOOOO delicious. It's better than a cheat. Tastes sorta like that nutella stuff you get at the store.
1 serving- about 130-140 calories, about 15g protein, and 6g fat. YUMMY. Try it sometime. Tastes 20000x better than tuna with rice.
