Good, keep it up with your diet (complex carbs as well as protein) and you will continue to gain. A full body routine, or an upper/lower split is an effective way of packing on mass if you lift hard with compound exercises and eat well.

Same here. But mines split up to 2 days lower 3 days upper so i get in more effectiveness. If urs is still workin good though, keep it up. Just make sure you dont ever work out for more than 90 minutes at once.

Shouldn't you do 2 upper 2 lower. Why work your upper body more than your lower body?

Because 1-2 days rest is significant for me usually. I don't wanna say im concerned with upper body more but genetics have given me naturally built legs so im kinda playing catch up with my arms. In addition, my gym is geared heavily toward upper body work, with only one squat rack, limited leg machines, and no deadlift.

hey hamstrung, i gave u a little rep boost (lol only 1 point but w.e) jus to help u back to the green. anyway, i looked at the routine ur following. it looks good but i dont agree with every little aspect of it. u might want to check out HST, hypertrophy specific training. it is a full body routine that i am very satisfied with. if you want you can read up on it and see if your interested. their site is www.hypertrophy-specific.com. good luck man!

so you workout 5 days a week? make a thread and post your routine because somethings telling me you're doing too much. and there no magical number "90". If you're working fulllbody, focusing on compounds it shouldnt take you more than 45 minutes to do some big compounds and maybe a couple isos if you feel itll make a difference.
original poster, post your stats, and how much youve gained,.
