Creatine cycling and BSN No Explode...
Alright, so from reading a lot on my own, and a lot on here, I have heard many complain that when cycling off creatine, (im taking CEE btw) that they have sort of an energy and strength drop when not taking the creatine.
Now, i dont need anyone to tell me that cycling creatine isn´t useful and I don´t need to do it, im not looking for that arguement, because I after my research im choosing to cycle creatine, to play it safe, BUT, my question is, do you think it would be a good idea to use No Explode on days where im cycling off creatine?
Lets say I use creatine for six weeks, and take three off, then on those three weeks should I use No Explode as a supplementation so I dont feel the decrease in energy and strength as I would from stopping creatine use?
I figure this way, I will save money, because I wont use as much no explode, and ill balance out my cycles so ill still keep my energy level high during work outs, even when cycled off creatine. Does that sound like a good plan?
And it says to take No Explode on an empty stomach, but lets say I eat at 9:30, and lift at 11, would it be safe for me to take No explode at about 10:30, an hour after I ate, but a half hour before my workout?

Creatine never needs to be cycled or loaded.
it will not change your long term results

Please read my entire post before making a comment like that.
From my PERSONAL research, I have decided to cycle creatine. I AM CHOOSING TO CYCLE IT, no matter who tells me not too.
So your response didn´t help my situation at all, because no matter what, thier is going to be people telling me to cycle, and telling me not to cycle, but I plan on cycling, so I need an answer to my question about using No Explode to help preserve my strength and intensity for workouts, not an irrelevant opinion about cycling creatine.

Thats fine, thats your opinion.
Anyway, I was reading, and I didn´t know No Explode was actually creatine itself, so if I cycled off my regular CEE and took No Explode, I would still be intaking creatine, so my plan is flawed.
Is thier another good energy enhancer that isn´t a creatine supplement that I should be taking instead to help keep my energy level intense during work outs?

Honestly bro your posts really arn´t helpful. Im not trying to be an ass, but come on, I asked a question about something irrelevant to my creatine cycling, I didn´t expect a critique of my choice, but rather an answer to my question.
Thanks man, but seriously.

You might want to check out Purple Wraath. Read some good reviews but the taste isnt all that great. I believe that it does not contain creatine, I browsed through the label and didnt see any.

There, that was a helpful post, thank you.
I will check into that.
BTW, I just read that your NOT supposed to take Glutamine and creatine with each other, is this true? I hope not. And what scientific evidence supports this claim, any info.?

I think what he is trying to tell you is that a better protocal for taking these two supplements would be to take the NO Xplode prework out like it says on the label. Then read the label on your cee, if it says to cycle off (like Cellmass does) then cycle off. If it does not say on the instructions to cycle off then there is no need for you to cycle off of your cee. And Slated was trying to be helpful its to bad that you dont see it that way. His posts have always been helpful and maybe if you were to ask him some questions like "ok why shouldnt I cycle off of my creatine" and let him explain why then you just might learn something new.

You will be fine taking your creatine an glutamine together. I always take my creatine and whey protein (which has glutamine) together post workout. Just a myth...

It doesn´t tell me to cycle off of my CEE, but that doesn´t necisarilly mean that I shouldn´t. You forget that the more CEE they sell, the more money they make, and if a company doesn´t want you to cycle, in order for you to run through the product quicker, it may just forget to tell you to cycle.
Anyway, I am going to cycle my creatine, but is NO Explode something that SHOULD be taken ALONG with CEE, or no, since it already has creatin in it.
BTW, that Purple Wraath stuff seems extremely promising, but also extremly expensive! 50 dollars for 90 servings... It may be worth a try... Ill check into it more. Thanks for the advice.
And give me some reason why I SHOULDN´T cycle off creatine, because i´ve been reading through a hundred posts, and it seems about half the people say to cycle and half the people say not to. I dont know. I just don´t see the point in risking it.

I say its up to you, if you want to cycle then cycle.
Side Note: No-Explode does recommend that after 12 weeks of use to discontinue using for at least 4 weeks. Looks like they want you to cycle this. All thought this could be just so you don't get so dependent upon the energy from the stimulants too.

Purple Wraath is a lot cheaper then No-Xplode.
Purple Wraath $50 for 3 Months
No-Xplode $40 for 20 days
I still prefer the No-Xplode, however....

Slated, i'm in a similar position to grassandrocks, decided to cycle off my CEE 2 days ago after 7weeks on and plan on taking 4 off. Anyway lost 5kg on my squats today due to lack of energy, intensity and focus and would be interested to know why you were saying it is not necessary to cycle creatine. I want to learn from the experienced.
