Pardon me but I fail to understand why the thread title is so long and dramatic. Why must it contain "EBONYBODYBUILDERS"?

Is there a specific exercies you do for them? Or is it foot position that determines how you hit the outer quads? Or do genetics have something to do with those awesome outer quads you have?

To hit the outer quads more I keep more of a close stance when doing a particular leg exercise for example, I keep my feet relatively close when performing Hack Squats or Machine Leg Presses.

Also, try doing the adductor and abductor machines, go heavy(6-8 reps) and pause for 1-2 seconds on each rep.

yeah, i've been doing those, but mostly as a warm up. i have an old pulled groin injury, so i haven't been going to heavy. but i'll try a few warm up sets then do what i can in the 6-8 rep range. thanks again.

These are the vids I'd been looking for. Sick squats man... I got people at my gym doing 495lb sissy squats moving only about 3-4 inches down... You would put them to shame.

Thats cool man, one thing im wondering.....why do you wear your knee wraps on so many sets??
I tend to never wear them on leg press and only use them on my last set or maybe last two depending on how im feeing on squats and front squats.....

It's just something I prefer doing, bad knees run in my family so I figure why wait until they get bad to wear knee wraps? I'd rather do all I can to protect them now.

*me-ow*
Though I'm an absolute beginner and not looking to squat anywhere near 475 - I still like to see how people who have excellent symmetry and balance (such as yours) do their exercises.
Seeing these videos is definitely helpful.
Thanks for posting them.
