Noticed in the book it suggests to take PB as a pre-workout supplement. Whats the point of this? (I'm following it ..just curious)

Some people like a little something in their stomach beside liquid AAs. I think that 7-10g good fats pre workout may help the body release its own FAs for energy but I have no scientific proof of it. I mean its only 60-90 cals....LOL
