Need some help loosing some fat for summer
im about 13-14% bodyfat
i train with 10reps and 2min rest breaks
I maintain a 500 calorie deficit with cheat days ever 10days or so i also do cardio but always only stay 500cal below
Is there anything i can do to help fat loss.

ive been dieting since the start of august but 2 weeks i still had weight gainer protein so i worked a little harder to shred. seemed to work
I worked out my calorie needs 4 days ago with the sticky and came to 2965 and now have a cal deficit of 2465 before that i was working with 2150 :S and saw more noticeable results
I have lean definition in all areas of my body but there is still a layer of fat hiding my lower abs (stubborn belly fat)
what i was asking is if there is a way to get rid of that part (not spot training its a myth) but supps or something
