Hey guys, I have a lot of peanut butter but it seems like a lot of fat for only 2 teaspoon (32g). The calories are up to 190 per serving, and calories from fat is 140. Like God damn its 140'190 that's fat. Should I be eating this for the protein while theres so much fat. I guess it's mostly saturated fat and I don't know if that's good or bad but I had rather stick to 4 egg whites, and whey protein and 2 steak everyday. Each serving is 7g of protein. Do you guys think I should eat it or get a less fat peanut butter brand?

Be careful with PB. It's ok to eat it if you don't have enough fats in your diet but it is also a food that is very easy to go overboard on...and get fat.
A king may move a man, a father may claim a son. But remember that, even when those who move you be kings or men of power, your soul is in your keeping alone. When you stand before God you cannot say "but I was told by others to do thus" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice. Remember that.
