Where and who?

I am coming very close to breaking the forum rules by asking this question, but I have read them and know I am not in breach of those rules.

Anyway my question is. How does someone get hold of steroids. I have searched all over the internet (and im not expecting anyone to give me website addresses) and i can't find anything. I live in New Zealand and its either really hard to get hold of them here or you have to know who and where to ask.

Should I go up to the massive guy who trains reguraly at my gym and ask him where he gets his, or ask the guy behind the counter or what. I mean what are you suppose to do???
