where do i put weights on my legs??do u just hold on between your feet?

I believe you need a machine to do those. but i know a great exercise for legs that you don't need a machine. its called lunges. you may know them, but if you don't, all you need is a pair of dumbells. hold them on your sides, expect to carry heavy weight, then lunge forward (back also if you want) alternating legs. This is an awesome exercise. good luck.

First off, you're standing on your feet. Dumbells at your side. Take a relatively big step forward with one leg.
