    where do i put weights on my legs??do u just hold on between your feet?

    I believe you need a machine to do those. but i know a great exercise for legs that you don't need a machine. its called lunges. you may know them, but if you don't, all you need is a pair of dumbells. hold them on your sides, expect to carry heavy weight, then lunge forward (back also if you want) alternating legs. This is an awesome exercise. good luck.

    i think he is talking about the ab workout. try using a dumbbell 10-20 lbs held btwn your feet. lay on a flat bench, ground, or whatever you have that might work at your gym

    He's talking about an ab exercise.

    Place a dumbbell between your feet and lay on a flat bench. Keep your ass half way off the bench and begin.

    Hold The dumbells to your sides. then Lunge...it works your thighs and glutes.

    Allow me to explain what a lunge is.

    First off, you're standing on your feet. Dumbells at your side. Take a relatively big step forward with one leg. Then lower your center of gravity, then raise, then step. repeat. if you can't understand, then i'm sorry.

    Leg raise, im talking about AB exercise. im not stupid. i dont think i wouldnt know what lunges is but i didnt ask you about LEG exercise.
