olympic lifting

hi everyone, i want to start doing some olympic lifting. I'm not sure if you can actually gain muscle mass off this or not so I want to incorporate so bb exercise as well. Does anyone have a program I can do or any suggestions. Any links to proper form of olympic lifts would be helpful too. Thanks.

they dont gain much mass if they do like 1-3 reps....from 4-6 they start gaining mass....but when you are learning you can probably only do one good rep at a time etc.....so you would have to keep doing some bb stuff too
