About 3 years ago after a huge shellfish dinner with the in-laws I found out I had a shellfish allergy. They say it could only take one more meal after you find out. So I avoid it. Other missing crab like you wouldn't believe, the thing that sucks about this is finding multivitamins and joint support supplements that actually don't have shellfish ingredients. For multivitamins I use GNC's and they work well enough--one of the few decent ones I found without shellfish as an ingredient.
So next up is joint support. Who makes non-shellfish glucosamine and chondroitin?

I think flexatril is based on milk proteins.. it works really well.
